Holiday Party 2014!

Our annual holiday party was a HUGE success. Thank-you to all the parents and family members who attended. We hope everyone has a good holiday and look forward to seeing you all in the New Year.

OPEN HOUSE

Playful Pals Playschool is hosting an Open House - Holiday Party on Wednesday, December 17, 2014.

Afternoon Session 12:30-1:30

Family and friends are all welcome to visit the Playschool and meet our students and share in the holiday spirit. We look forward to seeing everyone and meeting some new families.

Community Helpers - Week of Nov. 3

This week the playschool staff have arranged for some special guests to visit our "Little Friends". The local Fire Department, Dental Hygienist and possibly the Peel Police are all scheduled to visit. The children will have the opportunity to meet these people in their community and ask them questions. Parents are welcome to stay and observe the guest speakers. Our "Little Friends" are also welcome to bring a friend along this week. If you would like to "bring a friend", please let playschool staff know a head of time.

Fall 2014

Our 2014 fall session has begun. We look forward to session 1 with our new "little friends". There are many fun things planned this session - firefighters, dentist, police visits - and many more.

We are still accepting registration in both our morning and afternoon programs. Our playschool is an excellent school readiness program. Playful Pals is now accepting registration for our fall program. We currently have spots available in both the morning session (8:30 - 10:30a.m.) as well as the afternoon program (12:30 - 2:30p.m.).

Welcome to Playful Pals Playschool

Playful Pals Playschool has been in operation since 1995. Here at Playful Pals your child receives one on one support. Each child is paired with a "big friend" a high school student enrolled in the Family Studies program at John Fraser Secondary School. Each experience your child has is geared towards their interests and their abilities.

Playful Pals is a preschool that provides your child with an exciting learning and socialization experience, and prepares them for their future school experience in the Junior Kindergarten JK or Senior Kindergarten SK classroom. We provide a program of physical and creative activities that enable your child to grow and develop emotionally, socially, intellectually and physically.

Our preschool facility offeres a stimulating environment with 10 learning centres including many literacy and numeracy connections. Our centres involve the children with books, computers, art media, puzzles, blocks, role play materials and many more.

Our program runs in the morning from 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. and in the afternoon from 12:30 - 2:30 p.m.

Children must be between the ages of 2 years and 5 years old. Registration forms are available at the school, which is located at 2665 Erin Centre Boulevard, Mississauga, ON. Playful Pals Playschool is located inside the main doors of the school on the left hand side (Rm. 111)
